When we started working with OXE in 2014, it was as a central workshop in Norway under the then importer Link Norge AS.
In the period from when we started, several misjudgments were made in our view, which meant that OXE did not get the market share it should have had.
Today, production has been transferred to the United States where several innovations are in place such as the 450HK Hybrid and water-jet.
The 300 version is equipped with the proven BMW L6, which adds the ultimate stability to this model. The 2.0 litre engine from GM is now getting in performance: 125 , 150 , 175 and 200 HP. The 200 edition had in its initial phase some «children's diseases» that was solved until now to bear the name OXE with pride.
OXE diesel is optimized to reduce costs and complies with NATO "single-fuel" regulations, built to meet the requirements of public services, search and rescue operations.
Furthermore, the engines set completely new standards in terms of durability, fuel savings and low emissions. The groundbreaking new "innovative belt" technology is OXE alone.
The engines have been tested in tough maritime environments, and have proven their strength through thorough tests. Diesel provides more power, as well as higher acceleration and lower fuel consumption compared to a gasoline version. An estimate is equivalent to a savings of about 42% in consumption yielding longer «range».
In addition, the advantage of diesel is easier availability and better safety against fire.
